What is the return policy?
There is a 30 day return window. Item(s) purchased must be unused, clean, and undamaged. Customers are responsible for cost of shipping return items back. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Can I get a full refund on my purchase?
Refunds can only be processed if the item is returned within 30 days. Once we receive your return and it meets the policy requirements, your refund will be issued promptly.
How long does it take for my item(s) to ship?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you have any physical locations?
Shipping is available for all online orders. We also offer two pickup locations in northern Indiana — please contact us for the zip codes. Zip codes can also be listed at checkout for corresponding items that remain pickup only.
